After signing the contractual documents, your personal data transmitted to us is stored in the database of our hosting partner DocuSign as a so-called closed envelope. The completed envelope at DocuSign is automatically deleted after 12 weeks. - the disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominantly legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
- in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, or
